What is PRX –T33?
PRX –T33 is a new bio-revitalisation method. It doesn’t require injections and is comfortable for the patient, giving immediately visible results.
PRX –T33 combines TCA (trichloroacetic acid) and hydrogen peroxide. This pairing chemically stimulates the dermis, as well as growth factors for fibroblasts, without having to exfoliate or slough the epidermis.
PRX –T33 bio-revitalisation applications for the body and face
This treatment is recommended for all skin types to treat:
– Loss of toned skin on the face, neck and décolletage.
– Sunken scars, stretch marks (although I prefer laser treatment).
No exfoliation is involved and can be carried out at any time of year.
Results last between 4 and 8 months, PRX T33 can be combined with other aesthetic treatments. Possible options can be discussed during the consultation.
Program, sequence and frequency of sessions, all about PRX –T33
Depending on its intended use, and the result sought, your doctor will work with you to agree the treatment’s duration. In order to correct sagging skin, and improve skin density, 3 or 4 sessions will be needed.
Each PRX –T33 session only takes 15 minutes; weekly or monthly treatments are needed.
What happens during PRX –T33 session?
First of all, the skin is cleaned. The product is then applied in small quantities to the treated zone, and is massaged into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
This application is repeated until the desired effect is obtained (clearly fuller skin). On average, the product is applied 3 times, as above, to get such a result.
The product will be applied zone by zone until the entire surface to be treated has been covered.
Any residues of the gel are removed by a water-soaked cotton pad; the skin will appear smoother, and plumper straight away.
A generous dose of a nourishing, hydrating cream is applied.
When is PRX T33 not suitable?
PRX T33 is not suitable for:
– Irritated and irritable skin.
– Seborrheic dermatitis.
– Those allergic to kojic acid.
– Pregnant and breast feeding women.
– Skin with rashes and/or herpes.
