Aesthetic treatment of tear trough

Lacrima sul viso

In particular, the fat in this zone sags or ‘melts’, creating a hollow, which gives the appearance of sadness and tiredness.

The tear trough  is a hollow which, sits and lies between the cheekbone and the nose, beneath the ring/ under the eye circle. Which, gives the impression of sadness and tiredness that is corrected and or adjusted only by smiling, because smiling increases the volume of the cheeks.
The bone muscle and fat changes are the cause of its appearance of the tear through
Especially in this area, the fat sinks, sags or melts creating a hollow that gives a sad and tired look.
